Since the establishment of the association in 2003, the association (Dafa wa Afa) has collaborated with women who have handicraft or knitting skills to knit wool.

Our aim is to provide a secure financial refuge for women and to supply jackets or wool sweaters for children in primary school. We cooperate annually with charitable organizations and relevant ministries across all Palestinian governorates.

The association also provides suitable wool blankets from the local market to those affected who have homes in the Gaza Strip and the camps, with the goal of alleviating the burdens of winter on children and women.

The beneficiaries by the end of 2024 are estimated to be around 200,000.
