Give Palestine Association, represented by its General Assembly and Board of Directors, mourns with profound sorrow the passing of its founder, the dedicated activist Leila Shahid, who passed away today, February 18, 2026, in France.

The late Leila Shahid devoted herself to her people, leading humanitarian aid and relief campaigns for children in the Gaza Strip. Her sincere efforts benefited thousands of people, and she was a powerful voice for justice and human dignity.

With her passing, we lose a great figure of dignity and humanity, but her efforts will remain alive in our hearts, and her legacy will continue to be a guiding light on the path of giving.
